Tenchi Muyo! OAV series

Tenchi Muyo! is copyright Pioneer LDC. It is distributed by Pioneer LDCA in North America(I think).

The Tenchi Muyo! OAV series starts with Tenchi Masaki (grandson of a shrine-keeper) entering the shrine's cave, which is said to have a demon sealed within. Tenchi accidentally sets the demon free. This brings aliens (humanoid, of course) to Earth to try to stop the demon/space-pirate Ryoko. Of course they (the aliens; all babes) end up getting shipwrecked on Earth. Several of the girls develop quite an attachment to Tenchi. Adventures ensue.

The storyline and character design in this 13-OAV series are excellent. The dubbed versions of the first few episodes aren't the best (though far from being bad); however, the quality of the dubs eventually surpasses the sub! (my opinion; shoot me if you want).

I have to admit that the translations in the subs are sometimes funnier-- take the episode where Washu is trying to get a sperm sample from Tenchi... what they say in the dub just doesn't match the hilarity of the sub.

Okay... For the images from this series, I'm going to try something new: I'll be arranging images by OAV episode. There will probably be close to 30 images from each OAV... or at least there are nearly 30 from the first. I'll have thumbnails from all images on a single page.
